Consulting Hub partners with servicers across the United States and its territories to help ensure the properties under their management are properly preserved and maintained in full compliance with loan-type regulatory guidelines and all applicable local code requirements.

We work closely with our trusted vendor network to secure properties, remove debris, perform routine lawn maintenance, and complete winterization when required. Through this collaborative approach, Consulting Hub helps maintain property condition, reduce risk, and support smooth property transitions.

Together, we share a common goal: preparing each property for successful conveyance while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Landscaping & Grass Cut:
Consulting Hub provides routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, weeding, edge trimming, sweeping, and debris removal to maintain curb appeal and comply with local ordinances. An automatic grass-cutting program ensures properties are maintained according to investor guidelines until service is no longer required.

Eviction:
ConsultingHub works with local authorities to carry out lockouts at designated properties. All actions involving the removal, storage, or disposal of personal items and debris are performed in accordance with local municipal regulations, law enforcement instructions, and the requirements set by investors, insurers, and clients.

Winterization:
Property Preservation service authorizes Front Preservation, llc to winterize the plumbing at each property to prevent freeze damage, according to the investor requirements for each loan type.

Pool Securing:
We offers comprehensive Pool Services, including initial start-up and activation of the pool and its systems, which may involve draining, acid washing, treating, and refilling. Ongoing maintenance can be provided weekly to keep the pool clean and visually appealing. All pools are secured with a locked gate or other measures to prevent unauthorized access.
