Alpha International is committed to delivering high-quality, accessible online education to students from Grade 6 to Grade 10 (Year 7 – 11). Our mission is to foster academic excellence, critical thinking, and lifelong learning through expert instruction and a supportive virtual environment.

Our vision is to be recognised as a leading provider of online secondary education, preparing students globally for IGCSE and O’Level qualifications. We aspire to cultivate a generation of learners who are confident, well-prepared, and equipped to meet the academic and professional challenges of the future.

BACKGROUND
The initial planning of Alpha International began in 2008. That same year, it was first established as a home tuition service by a group of English-medium student friends. They started by providing tuition to English-medium children from Grades 1 to 8 within their local area.

As demand grew, they rented a premises while continuing their home tuition services. During this phase, Alpha also referred many students to independent tutors, extending its reach and support to a wider student base. Although the rented space eventually became dormant, home tuition services remained active and consistent.

From 2010 onwards, Alpha’s home tuition operations continued in full swing. However, the most significant transformation occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic, when Alpha International officially launched its online educational services. This transition enabled the organisation to expand its reach globally.

At present, Alpha International proudly serves students from Bangladesh, the United States, Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia - offering high-quality online tuition across various subjects for learners from Grade (6 to 9) Year 7 to Year 11.

KEY SERVICES
Alpha International specialises in delivering online academic support for students pursuing Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge International curricula. With a strong emphasis on quality instruction, structured learning, and student-centred teaching methods, Alpha offers a range of educational services designed to meet the diverse needs of learners across various levels.

1. Regular Online Classes
Alpha provides year-round live online classes for students from Grade 6 to Grade 10 (Year 7 to Year 11). These classes are conducted by experienced subject specialists and follow the syllabi of both Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge IGCSE/O’Level. Lessons are interactive, concept-driven, and tailored to enhance academic performance and critical thinking.

2. Crash Courses
To support students in the final stages of exam preparation, Alpha International offers intensive Crash Courses before major examination sessions. These are short-term, high-impact programmes designed to revise key topics, reinforce exam strategies, and build confidence under time constraints.

3. Mock Tests
Alpha conducts structured Mock Tests in real-exam formats to assess student readiness and provide targeted feedback. These tests simulate actual examination conditions and are followed by review sessions to address weaknesses and improve performance.

4. Subjects Offered
Alpha International currently offers online instruction in the following core IGCSE/O’Level subjects:

• Mathematics (including Maths D, Maths B, Add Maths, and Further Pure Maths)

Each subject is taught by qualified and experienced educators who are deeply familiar with both the content and the assessment objectives of the respective boards.

5. Target Audience
Alpha International primarily serves students in Grade 6 to Grade 10 (Year 7 to Year 11) who are following the Pearson Edexcel or Cambridge International curriculum. The platform is designed for both local and international students, with current learners based in countries including Bangladesh, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and the United States.

ALPHA INTERNATIONAL TEAM

Mr Abidur Rahman is a Senior English Teacher at Insight International School and a dedicated online English Language instructor at Alpha International. He specialises in guiding IGCSE/O’Level students with a focus on writing, comprehension, and exam techniques.

Mr Rashed Alam is a Senior Mathematics Teacher at Insight International School and serves as an online Maths instructor at Alpha International. He specialises in teaching IGCSE/O’Level Mathematics, including Maths D, Maths B, Additional Maths, and Further Pure Maths, with a focus on conceptual clarity and exam readiness.

Mr Hamidur Rahman is a dedicated Physics and Chemistry instructor at Alpha International, known for his structured approach and clear concept delivery. He previously served as the Deputy Head of Operations at BiMS, bringing valuable academic and administrative experience to his teaching.
